Licensed Activities
LCT Global FZE “(LCT)” is licensed by the Dubai Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA) as a Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) under Reference: VL/25/12/001 to provide Virtual Assets Exchange Services.
As such, LCT is permitted to operate the following Spot Trading activities to Retail, Qualified, and Institutional Investors:
1.Conducting an exchange, trade or conversion between Virtual Assets and fiat currency.
2.Conducting an exchange, trade or conversion between one or more Virtual Assets.
3.Matching orders between buyers and sellers and conducting an exchange, trade or conversion between either of the following:
i. Virtual Assets and fiat currency
ii. One or more Virtual Assets
4.Maintaining an order book in furtherance of the above.
